View Users

Users is where you view the list of users registered in the site. You can check out the user’s information such as the first and last name, contact number, email address and etc.

1. Username – shows the user’s username
2. Name – Shows the First and Last Name of the user
3. Email address – shows email address
4. Role – shows the user’s role
5. Post – shows number of post created by the user

User’s Info; #

User’s info shows the following data:

Personal Options

1. Visual editor – disable/enable visual editor when writing
2. Toolbar – show/hide toolbar when viewing site

Name

1. Username field
2. First name field
3. Last name field
4. Nickname (required) field
5. Display name public as field

This tool lets user add a new user

1. Username – a required username field
2. Email – new user’s email address. This is a required field
3. Role – role of the user
4. Skip Confirmation Email – this is an optional setting.
5. Add New User button

User can edit a user’s information such as changing the first name, last name or nickname, display name publicly as, or any contact info. User can also generate a new password through editing a user.

To delete user, hover a selected user and options will appear

1. Click the “Remove” option

2. Click the “Confirm Removal” button to remove the user
