Give Access to Pages

By Default, All Pages are accessible with superadmin role, master admin role and administrator role. These roles can give access and permission for a staff role to edit a specific page.

  1. Go to Contents > Pages > All Pages. Select the page you want to give access to a user with a staff role and click the title.
  • Then, scroll down to view the Access Manager Metabox

2. Click the “User” icon and select the user you want to give permission to edit of the page selected.

Tip: Search User to easily find a username

3. Select a user and click the gear icon to edit its settings. Notice, the selected user is now in red font.

4. Look for “Hidden” and Click “change” link will pop-up a window for the Hidden Areas

5. Set Backend to “Visible”. This will allow the selected user to view the selected page in admin view.

6. And that’s it! The user can now view and edit the selected page in the Admin View.

Note: Access Page settings allow inherit access settings from a parent post. For example, you give access to pages in below screenshot, then user will also have access to it’s child pages (subpage1, subpage4, subpage 5 and subpage 6).
